This is a very good kit. Out of a few ordered at Christmas(not knowing which one to get for the new PSP 3000,this one is GR8, has everything you need, and is only one my son uses. The cases are very durable & everything seems to work properly(though he has never tried or used headphone/earpiece, so don't know about that). Good shopping experience and do recommend this product.
