The googles take surprisingly good video. I would suggest the 720P mode as the 60 fps provide a more smooth video. Two things to note. First, it takes a MICRO SDHC card. I purchased a regular sized card at the time I purchased it (and therefore before it arrived), and discovered only when the googles arrived I bought the wrong one. The Liquid Image website does reference this, but it is too easily overlooked.

The second thing to note only impacts those people who wear glasses. I do, and the opening is not quite wide enough for my glasses to fit comfortably in the googles. Frankly, I could not really keep them on. My son, who wears contacts, took my googles and did almost all the recording.
