I purchased the Timeline 100 because we were still using manual time cards and I was looking for an automated system. I saw very good reviews on Fingertec's other products and our company only needed a card reader with software to calculate hours. This system works great for us and is saves me so much time of doing payroll; the software is pretty much straight forward with a GREAT support team--they gave me a quick training and answered my questions quickly-- they even logged onto my PC and showed me how to do the settings.I highly recommend this product and we will buy another one for our second location... thanks to Fingetec
