Olympus SHLD-2 Power Battery Holder Set (Includes HLD-2,BLL-01 & BCL-01) Review
This battery grip and long life battery are a great accessory for the E-1. I bought one about a year ago for nearly $200 and thought it was a good buy then. I bought my second unit recently at Amazon for $75 and it is a steal at this price.The BLL-01 battery will last about 1000 shots and recharges very quickly. The grip allows you to attach some of the longer lenses, the 50-200 and the 35-100 with much more balance. The portrait shutter release is also a nice touch.
I plan to use my two E-1's for quite some time. I shoot weddings and this grip/extended battery is perfect for my use.
